Interdimensional menace Pantheon has imprisoned Deadman - now the living Boston Brand - and all but destroyed the Justice League Dark. Brahma Dass finds Brand in his cell, and Brand initially distrusts him, since Pantheon took his form. But he realizes this is the real article, and follows him. A construct, part of Pantheon, tries to stop them; they defeat it with a construct of their own. Brahma Dass then explains that Nanda Parbat cares for him and restored him; he begins to remember an early history there. But the musings are interrupted by the arrival of bowmen.
