This places a shipping request for everything currently available in your hold box.
1) You submit the request
2) We exhume and package your books in a properly sized box
3) You receive an invoice for exact shipping
4) Once approved and paid, your hold box is sent on it's way.
Unreleased items and future pre-orders remain safely buried until requested.
You'll only be charged for shipping once you approve the invoice, nothing ever leaves the cemetery without your say-so.
